Schedule
The Schedule page plans shoot days on a stripboard: a day rail on the left, the selected day’s timeline in the center, and a roster panel on the right.
How to reach it
Section titled “How to reach it”Open a project and click Schedule in the sidebar.
Shoot days
Section titled “Shoot days”- Create: click Add Shoot Day, set the Date (defaults to today) and an optional Label (defaults to the next day number), then click Add day. Only one shoot day per calendar date is allowed; a duplicate date shows “A day already exists on that date.”
- Select: click a day in the Shoot Days rail. Each row shows the day number, date, a readiness dot, shot and scene stats, weather, and the call time.
- Edit: open a day’s three dot menu to change Date, Label, and General call, then Save.
- Delete: the same menu’s Delete, confirmed by the Delete shoot day? dialog. The day’s shots become unscheduled.
- Days are numbered by date order: Day 1 is the earliest date. To reorder days, change their dates.
Build a day
Section titled “Build a day”- Add scenes: click Add scene, search, and pick a scene. Its unscheduled shots are added to the day. If shots are added to a scene later, the strip shows a notice with an Add to day button.
- Scene strips show the time range, scene number and name, INT/EXT and time of day, location, page count, and shot count. Expand a strip to see its shots, adjust per-shot durations, and use each shot’s menu (Remove from day, Move to day, Copy to day).
- Strip menu: Remove from day (shots become unscheduled), Move to day, Copy to day.
- Reorder: drag strips and blocks to set the day’s running order. Times recalculate from the general call time; the day ends with an Estimated wrap row and totals (shots, pages, shoot time).
- Blocks: click Quick blocks to insert Bump In, Crew Call, Cast Call, Lunch, Dinner, Company Move, Bump Out, or Est. Wrap, or choose Custom Block to define your own (Block type, Label, Duration, Icon, Color, and Save as reusable preset for your own presets list).
- Multi-select: Cmd or Shift click shots to select several and drag them together.
Roster panel
Section titled “Roster panel”The Roster drawer has Cast, Crew, and Locations tabs for the selected day.
- Add cast / Add crew: search project people and assign them to the day. People marked unavailable ask for confirmation before assigning.
- Expand a cast row for HMU, Pickup, and Status (S Start, W Work, H Hold, F Finish, SW Start/Work). Expand a crew row for Wrap, Role override, and Notes. Call time chips show whether a time is derived from the schedule or inherited from the day’s general call.
- Add location: name, kind (Base, Location, Hospital, Parking, Other), address with autocomplete, an optional map, parking and hospital details, and notes. The day’s first located address drives the weather shown for the day.
How the schedule feeds callsheets
Section titled “How the schedule feeds callsheets”Shoot days, the day timeline, call times, and the derived roster are the canonical source that callsheets read. Link a callsheet to a shoot day and its schedule, cast, and crew flow in automatically. See the Callsheets guide.
Export
Section titled “Export”Open the Share popover for the schedule PDF export: pick a Detail level (Compact or Detailed) and Days to include (All days or Custom selection), then Export PDF. The same popover manages the public schedule share link. See Exports and PDFs.

Section titled “Permissions”Viewers see the full schedule and roster read only; all editing controls and drag interactions are disabled.
