Set the time format

CineFlow shows clock times (call times, schedules, callsheets, exports) in either 12-hour or 24-hour format. Two settings control it.

Your personal preference

1. Open Settings from your avatar menu.
2. On the Personalisation tab, find Time format.
3. Choose 12-hour or 24-hour. The default is 24-hour.

This applies everywhere you view times, and to exports and share links you create.

Force one format for a whole project

A project can override everyone’s preference so the crew reads one consistent clock:

1. Open the project and click Project Settings in the sidebar.
2. Set Time Display to 12-hour for everyone or 24-hour for everyone (the default is Follow each member’s preference (default)).
3. Click Save Changes.

The override applies to that project’s callsheets, schedule, and exported PDFs for every member.

Which one wins

The project’s Time Display setting wins when set; otherwise each member’s personal Time format applies. Published callsheets and share links keep the format they were generated with until republished or updated.
