Export a PDF

  1. Open the page you want to export (Shot List, Schedule, a callsheet, Script, Cast and Crew, Gear, or a document).
  2. Click Share in the top bar. The popover opens on the Export tab.
  3. Choose the page’s options, for example:
    • Shot List: List or Shot Cards layout, plus a scenes filter.
    • Schedule: Compact or Detailed, plus All days or Custom selection.
    • Script: the format (PDF, Fountain (.fountain), Final Draft (.fdx), Outline (.txt)).
    • Cast and Crew: All, Cast, or Crew.
    • Gear: organize by Department, Ownership, or Flat list.
    • Page size (US Letter / A4) and Portrait / Landscape where offered.
  4. Click Export PDF. A “Generating PDF…” toast shows, then the file downloads (named like myproject-shotlist.pdf).

To bundle several documents into one file, use Combine with other documents… at the bottom of the Export tab: tick Callsheet, Shooting schedule, Shot list, Gear list, or Script, order them, and click Download combined PDF.

If you see PDF export limit reached, your plan’s monthly PDF quota is used up: buy the one-time PDF Export Pack (100 exports) or upgrade the plan. Free plan exports carry a CineFlow watermark. See Billing and usage.
